Disbursements — local correspondents, permits, clearances, risk premiums, escort, medical services — are re-invoiced at exact cost, against receipts, without margin.
Medical transfers are coordinated with certified operators; X-1 arranges and owns the chain around them rather than performing the transfer itself.
Special Missions are engaged against full prepayment of the services, at every level.
Funds are drawn from your allocation and, for the balance, under the mandate signed when your account was opened — so that no question of payment arises at the moment it matters.
The final account is delivered line by line. Any excess returns to your allocation. We do not advance funds.
