What we charge for

Three things,
and nothing else

A subscription, which funds readiness.
A coordination fee, which pays for the work of organising a movement.
A published margin on private aviation, helicopter and ground transport, which we contract in our own name.

On a Special Mission or an X-1 Journey, a fixed fee agreed before we start replaces our margin.

Nothing reaches us from a supplier. Amounts are set out in your agreement before anything starts, and are identical for every client at the same level.

The arbitrage

When the answer
is not private

We quote both. The private movement we would have run, and the alternative we recommend. You choose with both figures in front of you.

If you take the alternative, we charge our published coordination fee — and nothing on the price of the tickets.

It is the only structure in which your broker has no reason to sell you the more expensive option.

The commitments

Six things
we will not do

No discretionary markup. The commercial terms are published in advance and apply identically to every client at the same level.
No undisclosed supplier rebate. Nothing reaches us from the other side of a transaction without appearing on your invoice.
No fee discovered during an emergency. Coordination fees are set by category and signed at the outset.
No private arrangement. The same card applies to the first account and to the tenth founding family.
No margin on a mission in crisis. On a Special Mission our fee is fixed and replaces our margin. It does not rise with the severity of your situation.
No figure you cannot rebuild. Every movement is set out line by line — operator cost, margin, coordination fee, remaining allocation.

Your allocation

Never expires.
Never lost.

An advance against future services. Not repaid in cash — it stays with you and with your family.

Every clause has to be readable aloud to the client without a second of discomfort. If it fails that test, it does not go in.

Why we publish it

Copying the page is easy.
Copying the model is not.

Fixed terms give up the margin that hides inside a quote. It only works if you are paid for readiness rather than volume.
